Strengthen linkages between Diagnostic and Treatment Units (DTUs) and communities; TB patient follow up, contact tracing, TB screening and referral of presumptive TB patients to DTU’s for appropriate care in KCCA. 1,358 new TB cases were identified through contact tracing, 16,629 were identified through TB screening at facility entry points and 102 cases identified through TB screening out reaches in hot spots. 80% of treatment interrupters were traced and brought back to care; Lost to follow-up reduced from 26% to 2%. DOTS increased from 8% to 94%; cure rate increased from 30% to 86%; Treatment success rate increased from 69% to 89%
