Scaling Up Integrated Prevention Services in Kabale & Kisoro District. TB and HIV response. During the project life 81,793 were reached with HCT services, 803 were found positive and linked to care, 5327 couples also received HCT, 6,836 men were circumcised and given HCT services, 1,812,835 male condoms and 5,933 female condoms were distributed and 137 new condom outlets were established. 81 dialogues meetings with MARPS, leading to 1935 CSW, 1,032 uniformed personnel, 1,246 truckers, and 5,320 street children, and other venerable populations like 98 boda boda, 310 bar maids undergoing for HCT services and those found positive linked to care. Family support meetings (144), quarterly meetings with PLHIV (141), quarterly meetings with discordant couples (55) and 26 Ariel club meetings were held. 2,392 VHTS were trained and oriented in various health issues. A total of 7,801 clients were referred from community to facilities, 17,717 accessed services directly at the health facilities, 2,443 were reached by home visits and 3,414 were given care at home.
